Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Summit Lane! We partner with global merchants and artisans to provide you with curated products at the best possible prices. Because your item comes directly from the manufacturer, we use a specialized shipping and fulfillment model.


1. Processing and Shipping Times

Our total delivery time is split into two phases:

Phase Description Estimated Timeline
Processing Time Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. Orders are sent to the supplier for dispatch within 24–72 hours after the order is placed. 1–3 business days
Shipping Time This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our supplier's fulfillment centers to the destination address. US Warehouses (Domestic): 5–12 business days
International (China/Global): 10–20 business days

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control (see Section 3).


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your items. Look for our special promotions offering free domestic shipping over a certain order value.


3. Customs, Tariffs, and Import Fees

All our shipments include a high degree of liability protection, but to maintain legal transparency, please review the following:

  • Tariffs & Duties (CYA): Since we utilize suppliers that may ship from international locations, all prices on Summit Lane are tax and duty-free. This means that you (the customer) may be liable for duties, customs charges, or import taxes once the product reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these fees, and payment of charges is the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs Delays (CYA): Delays caused by customs clearance procedures are outside of our control and are not grounds for cancellation or refund.
  • Delivery Liability: Summit Lane is responsible for ensuring your order is correctly processed and handed over to the carrier. Once the item is with the carrier, risk of loss and title transfers to you. We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are claimed as lost/stolen.

4. Tracking Your Order

We provide tracking for every order. Please see the "Track Your Order" page, here. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive a tracking number within 7 days, please contact us at hello@thesummitlane.com
